Hi Athletes,

My name is Madicken Aertssen, married and mother of Guus (2016) and Madelief (2018). Sport has always been a common thread in my life. For a long time, I have practiced RSG (Rhythmic Sports Gymnastics) at a high level. After high school, I thought an office job was more for me, but it has turned out not to be the case and I started to focus entirely on sports.

During my first pregnancy I came into contact with Mom in Balance; outdoor training for pregnant women and women who want to get fit again after pregnancy. Under the motto; “Fit in, fit out ..”

At Mom in Balance I have further developed my passion for sports, and I see what you can achieve with a fit body and mind. Nutrition, exercise, balance … After my first pregnancy I followed a course and became a trainer at Mom in Balance. Fantastic to be able to motivate a group of people and lead a body to a goal or to get back in shape after pregnancy.

In addition to the Mom in Balance training that I give, I have started to focus on Personal Training with the aim of letting people experience the same pleasure in sports, and getting body and mind fit.

Personal Training is one-on-one guidance where a relationship with the customer ensures the correct route and motivation. At a measured level and pace.
